Pricing is based on printing from print-ready .pdf files. Booklets are printed full color (4/4) on your choice of either 60#, 70#, 80# white opaque or 70# gloss, 80# gloss or 80# matte text. Self-Cover is printed 4/4 on the same stock as the interior pages. Added Covers are printed full color 4/0 or 4/4 on 10pt C1S (coated one side) and laminated with either gloss or matte layflat lamination film.
First two online soft proofs are free, each additional proof is $25
Unbound hard copy proof which will show trim marks is $30 plus $0.25 per page (cover will not be laminted)
Bound hard copy proof is $80 plus $0.25 per page (cover will not be laminted)
► Setup your files to be CMYK.
MainLine will not be responsible for color shifts if there are any PMS colors or RGB colors in your file. PMS colors are known to do eratic things when converted to CMYK and when transpencies are present.
► Make sure all of your images are at least 300 dpi.
Any resolution lower than 300 dpi will produce results that may not be acceptable.
► Add 1/8" to all sides for bleed.

For a successful print, we recommend following these upload specifications.
Format: Your file must be in PDF format, with no password protection.
Layout: Make sure that the file comes in single pages, arranged in correct reading order. Your upload must contain all pages, including four cover pages.
Blank pages: If you want the inside of the cover pages to be blank, make sure to include blank pages in your PDF file.
Your file must be a PDF file and single pages (not spreads).
All booklets must be a single PDF file.
